Dr. Moradi's research examines links of minority identity and perceived experiences of prejudice, stigmatization, and discrimination to health, well-being, and career development of women, racial/ethnic minority persons, lesbian, gay, bisexual persons, and other minority groups. This research also aims to identify moderators and mediators of such links in order to inform the development and evaluation of prevention and intervention strategies.
